Immad Akhund is the CEO of Mercury, the fintech ambitious companies use for banking*, credit cards, and software for all their financial workflows. He co-founded the company in 2017 with the vision that banking should do more than safely hold money – it should bring all the ways people and businesses use money into a single product that feels extraordinary to use. He is a former part-time partner at Y Combinator and is an active angel investor, with more than 350 investments in startups including AirTable, Rappi, Applied Intuition and Substack.
