About Lisa Muccio
Lisa Muccio is co-founder of The Pitch and General Partner of The Pitch Fund. She planned weddings for seven years before she and her husband Josh launched the show in 2015—if Josh is the visionary-and-idea guy, Lisa is, in her own words, "the figure-out-how-to-make-it-happen girl." She found the Tenderloin recording studio and produced the two-day session that saved the show, and she has run its in-person recording events ever since, casting every founder who pitches. After she and Josh bought The Pitch back from Spotify in 2022, she launched The Pitch Fund, where she invests alongside the VCs on the panel. In Season 15, after a decade behind the scenes, she stepped up to the mic as co-host.
